My Work

Over time I have worked across all of the main art media including watercolours, pastels acrylics and oils.  More recently I have gravitated more to oils for the colour brilliance and time tested durability of this most traditional of techniques.

Like many artists I aim to use light, colour and atmosphere to distinguish my work. But beyond this, I strive to achieve a characteristic style and statement of quality, my ‘voice’,  distinguishing David Wenborn Fine Art from that of many of my contemporaries.

Seascapes remain among my favorite scenes although my work covers a broad range of other subjects.  Your comments and enquiries are always welcome.
